Hospital selling medicines would be liable to be regd under GST. Commission paid to doctors for referrals are liable in hands of dr. of under RCM for hospital. Diagnostic centres who pay commission to hosiptla would be liable.
Rent for shared premises for consulting doctors could also be liable among many others. Renting of operation theatre could also be liable.

There are home-healthcare firms/companies who are providing healthcare / eldercare services at home. They are having registration under respective state clinical establishment legislation. Since healthcare services provided by clinical establishments are exempt, what is the tax liability of these home-healthcare firms/companies?
