GST heads setting off
whether cgst and sgst input tax credit can be set off against igst liability under new GST set off rule???

Yes... Yes... Yes...
Yeah you can set off with IGST liability but first you should set off with CGST output tax if any then go to IGST and same conditions for SGST also first set off SGST credit for SGST liability and then set off SGST credit with IGST liability.
