When I put my problem on GST grievance portal a ticket generated . Than on my registered email receive mail from dontreply @ gst.gov.in regarding this ticket, for providing further details regarding problem. I reply for this on helpdesk @ gov.in but next day same mail repeat awaiting custmor response. 

Is i doing reply in right way or there is some other method to reply.
