GST from SEZ dealers

We received from SEZ dealers purchase within the state charging IGST.

Please help /advise relevant provisions

it is correct sir. any transaction with sez unit Will be considered as inter state . both sales and purcahse

Any supply from SEZ Unit to DTA shall be treated as Imports and would be taxable under Reverse Charge Basis at the end of the recipient.
