GST for web design?

Sir/mam please help me.

I am a small web designer i am provide web design service and the payment i getting via payment gateway. And curreuntly my tunover/annual income is below 2 lakhs so curruntly i am not paying service or income tax.

And also curruntly i do web design within local area (Within state)

But please help me as my tunover is below 2 lakh still i need to register under GST.?

No Need of Registration under GST as the turnover limit for Compulsory registration is Rs.20 lacs aggregare for the year.

Further if any day you want to supply service out of state, GST will be compulsory in that matter.

Hello,

I am also website designer working with https://designsmatrix.in/ in pune, India. As per your question, we don't need the gst number below 20 lakh but you want to website design order from new client and they have GST applicable. Then, they will ask you for your GST number. If you have then they will give you order otherwise they will minus GST Amount from your Quotation amount.

Ex. You designing cost 8000/- and you have not GST number. Then they will minus 18% amount from your 8000/-.

This is my experience. Just i am sharing with you.

Hi, i am a web developer cum digital marketer at an Ecommerce company in Delhi and we had the same concern but i rather suggest that you charge GST from clients. You can understand it why I am saying this in the below example:

You are not liable to collect GST your turnover is lower than 20Lac.

However, as soon as you cross 20Lac let's say 22Lac then you have to pay 18% of the amount that is 22Lac Which ends up to be 3,96,000. Which you have to pay.

I think you have understood the game

you don not need gst Registration As your income less than 20 lac now . i have already work for several companies like Dubai properties and Nesba Health Care and my earning is 4 lacs and no need to get register with gst .

I'm also web designer in Hyderabad India working with Seooper.com. As per new GST update, minimum income limit is increased from 20Laks to 40laks. So in your case you don't need GST. But if your customer ask for GST Number compulsory then register gst and once u get payment then cancel the GST.

I have a question

I run web design business sell in US,UK

So, will I need to file GST as sales are under 20 lacs.

Someone told me it is zero rated service. So what is zero rated service

I am a freelance webdesigner working with four online websites namely www.clasoo.com, www.onlinekanyakumari.com, www.adruz.com and www.speroh.com.

I have still not registered GST as my turnover is below 20 lakhs. But when i personally do a webdsign, customers ask for GST invoice and hence i think, it is better to take GST Registration on my opinion.

I am also a website designer in Coimbatore with pixel perfect. You don't need to register for GST. The gst percentage for web design is 18%. I have worked with 100's of clients and as my income is below 20 lakhs i don't have to regist for gst.
