Ram is a Trader who is having turnover less than 2000000(20 Lakh), but purchase goods from other states. Ram also sell goods in other states. What are the rules and regulations for ram under GST.
Shyam purchase the goods from his own state.shyam uses his own personnel vehicle to sell his stock in near by villages. Some of the villages are in other state. Shyam is also having turnover around 12 Lakh.
Is Shyam required to get registered under GST.
In both of the cases which rules will apply?
If Ram & Shyam are selling the goods in interstate they ought to register themselves under GST. Both will be considered normal dealer and the act will apply accordingly.They have to collect tax and pay to Govt and file returns.
