What is the taxability for pure labour contracts ? Is RCM attracted ?
What is the tax liability on contractor when he pays to labour ? Does the contractor has to pay GST on reverse charge ?
Pure labour contract comes under forward charge and there is no RCM liability on recipient of service.
Further when contractor is making payment to labour, there wont b any gst liability since there is employer employee relationship.
