in one pan its only one..but tuition on didnt comes under gst as its a educational or work agreement..if u take composition it will be applicable to all...but accounting service will not liable for composition..in services sector only small restaurant allowed
You require GST regn for all the three. You can take as single regn or if you want, you can opt to register each of them as different verticals. Since, all three are taxable, I see no advantages in registering them as separate verticals. You cannot have composition for one vertical and normal for others. All have to be either composition or regular. Also, accounting and tuitions cannot be done under composition scheme.

You have 3 business verticals.

You can take separate registration for each business vertical [proviso to Section 25(2) of CGST Act]. However, proviso to section 10(2) states that a registered person shall not be eligible to opt for composition scheme unless all registered persons under the same PAN opt for composition scheme. Thus, even if a single registration is ineligible or doesnt opt, none can opt for benefit of composition. Accounting & tution are services, you cant have them under composition scheme. Hence you cant opt for composition even for shop.

My suggestion:

Keep Accounting & Tution under your own PAN. A service provider (other than restaurant service) cant opt for composition scheme. Moreover, since the aggregate turnover of your PAN will be less than 20 Lakh (6 + 3 = 9 lakh only), no need to have it registered under GST.

Keep Shop under the PAN belonging to your wife/child/mother/father. Get it registered under GST and opt for composition scheme.

File income tax returns also under above stated PAN cards.
