no you can not, because it is under block credit

Dear Atul,
Section 17 of CGST, restricts in taking ITC on health insuraance of employees/labour however it is eligible only when it is mandated by any Govt.
In case you specifically require to take insurance of labours as per labour acts or factory act then you can eligiblevle to take ITC.
