Gst for Incentive on sale and purchase of goods

I am a registered dealer under gst. I have received incentive directly from company for sales of their garments to customers in our state.

now, that company asked me invoice or debit note. if I want to issue invoice or debit note. what is the sac code and what is the gst rate.
