gst for fixed assets
can we claim gst for fixed assets. THe asset is used during the course of business. our business is service industry . we have bought tools and computers for business purposes.

Yes ,.. Offcourse you can claim ITC
Yes you can claim gst on capital goods used for business purpose. Your invoice must be B2B with gstin number and company name. It should be reflected in Gstr2A to take ITC.
