I want to understand if a PVT. LTD Company in India whose area of work is Event Management is contracted by another Indian company for an Event to be delivered abroad is liable to pay GST?
The Company awarding the contract will pay GST to the Events agency? And if this GST can be claimed back by the Events Company?
