Gst for e-commerce sellers

1. As GST registration is mandatory for all e-commerce sellers irrespective of their turnovers, '' IF THEIR TURNOVER IS LESS THEN 20 LAC , DO THEY NEED TO COLLECT GST FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS, or simply they can make bill without GST? 2. Do they also need to file gst returns?

1) Yes registration is mandatory for all e commerce operator irrespective of turnover.

2) In case of E commerec operator TCS is applicable but it is postponed now.

Yes registration is mandatory for all e commerce operator irrespective of turnover and once comes under registration all provisions will apply they will charge GST and collect it. E commerce operator will collect Tax @ 1 % but not yet finalised
