Please provide me Information for GST rate if Land Owner and Land Developers are diffrenet. This scheme is under progress before applicablity of RERA.

So,Please guide me in this matter.

if it is meant for selling to buyers then gst will be 12%

if i am a small contarctor and doing private work, than is there any limit for no. of houses?

Or Limit of 20,00,000/- will be applicable for me for taking GST. regigistration?
