If a coaching centre is running classes in all 28 states by renting/leasing college classrooms and providing F2F Classes.
So GST registration in *each State* is mandatory? Or it depends on any establishment/branch in respective State.

Yes.It is mandatory ..There is no centralised registration concept under GST

reason:Suppose A applied for gst registration and AT THE END OF THE YEAR INCOME FROM COACHING CENTRE IS RS.1 LAC. SO ITS BELOW THRESHOLD .
I HAVE BEEN TO BJPBRULED STATES THEY ARE NOT APPLYING FOR SUOMOTO REGISTRATION.

Turnover will be considered on all India basis for the purposes of GST registration
