Gst for centralized service tax reg

I have centralized reg in servicetax with headoffice in kerala,branches in karnataka,delhi The commissionerate and range is given in gst migration of delhi&karnataka reg is of kerala. Is there any problem? how can it be corrected,as it showing migrated.
