what is the liability for broker under gst. if compulsory then how they have to file return, whether they have to issue compulsory tax invoice ?
please experts advice me.
Brokers liable to register under GST, provided total brokerage along with other supplies, if any, exceeds 20 lakhs.......... Till that limit.... no registration mandatory.....
