"IN GST ALL THESE SERVICES IS EXCEMPTED OR ROOM RENT IS TAXABLE?"
In GST you will be allowed to supply goods/services to which you have applied under your registration.
You will be allowed to charge seperately for food or room rent only if you have registered for these services. There the room rent is taxable as per rent amount ranging from 12% to 28%.
Under health care, which is zero rated, you will be allowed to bill only for health care services.
