Our church publishing a monthly bulletin to circulate among parishioners only. To meet the expenses we are publishing event greetings of marriages, baptism etc. in the bulletin, collecting donations from concerned parties. whether it attract GST for advertising.
What if the advertisement are of commercial nature?
The church has GST registration. Also availing benefits of Form 16AA
