Gst filing was not enabled from sep 2019

for my client I was not able to file GST return from the month of September 2019 because it was not displaying in return dashboard. His gstin was cancelled due to GST was not filed from sep 2019 as per recent circular. yesterday we have filed revocation against such cancellation. but still sep 2019's return was not displaying in their return dashboard. kindly let me know what to do with this issue???
