i bought a mobile phones for use own purpose like business using can i claim itc under gst accounting entries.

Yes u can
If it is for personal use than u cannot claim ITC, you can claim ITC if it is for business use
Yes. If it is used only for business, then u can claim whole amount as ITC but if used for both personal and business, then proportionate amt. (as per GST provisions) will be eligible for ITC.
If used for personal use then ITC cannot be claimed.
If used for business purpose then ITC can be fully claimed.
