GST exemption limit

Whether the threshold exemption limit of turnover upto Rs. 20 lakh is of intra-state sales only or it means the sales upto Rs. 20 lakh conducted all over India?

as per section 24 if u make any taxable inter state supplies, u will have to compulsorily get registered however your turnover is less than 20 Lacs.
