whether online buying of watch from amazon will be liable to gst as the watch or same kind of products are not notified services by Eco and law states that for unnotified services Eco is required to collect Tcs only that tcs provision are still not applicable now.

But that is sold by dealer and not amazon... Amazon just collecting their commission.... Dealer hv to pay gst on that goods sold

The concept u r talking is different... Like uber providing taxi services... Then uber have to pay gst on charges collected from customer... Taxi owner is not required to take gst no

And for ur query tds has to be deducted by eco while payment is made credited to dealer... And dealer can get itc for that tds deduction at the time of paying gst

Ya dealer sales their goods through portal... And online operators charge commission on them only... Snapdeal etc dealing in two types of business... One is in house and other is outsourcing like.... Ur order is placed to dealer... And then dealer generate invoice on portal

In this case portal work is taking orders from customer for their dealers and then delivery to customer... And portal deduct their commission portion and balance make credit in dealer account... And now tds 1% provision is also postponed

The query u raised that is like uber service... In that case eco is responsible for taking gst no and gat payment to government... Eco collect gst from customer and deposit to government and taxi owner is not liable for any compliance

Ya that is what i am telling.... Uber ola providing services... In that case uber is deemed to be supplier of services and liable to collect tax and paid to government... Bcz it is very difficult for govt to catch each taxi owner... People who providing service through online portal....
