Pls refer notification no. 31/2020-Central tax and 32/2020 - central tax. depending upon the class of registered tax payers due dates are specified

The Due Dates have not extended Sir. There is only conditional waiver of Late Fees and Interest if you file the Return / Statement within the prescribed date.

Refer Notification No. 31/2020 - CT, Notification No. 32/2020 - CT and Notification No. 36/2020 - CT, all dated 03rd April 2020 to know the prescribed date of filing FORM GSTR-3B without Late Fees and Interest / Reduced Rate of Interest for the month of February, March, April and May 2020.

As far as FORM GSTR-1 is concerned, Refer Notification No. 33/2020 - Central Tax, dated 03rd April 2020. The Compliance Date is 30th June 2020.

However there are certain changes with respect to Interest portion of Returns for the tax period February - April 2020 as decided in the 40th GST Council Meeting. Official Notification yet to come.
