Same Issue with me as well. Paid Rs 108000 around 6-7 hours back, amount deboted in bank but still it is showing payment initiated. Please suggest something.

I HAVE ASLO SAME PROBLE. PAYMENT MADE ON 19/08/17, BUT DUE TO SYSTEM PROBLEM CIN NOT GENERATED. NOW I HAVE GOT THE CIN FROM BANKS DUPLICATE CYBER RECEIPT, BUT PAYMENT YET NOT SHOWING IN MY CASH LEDGER. APPLICATION GST PMT 07 ALSO NOT ACIVATED ON PORTAL. HOW TO FILE GSTR-3B???

I received SMS on sunday for clearance of my one payment, which pending as (Payment initiated). Today I was able to submit the 3b.

But one more payment has struck on the same issue.

i am not paid the amount in challan but it showing initiated.there is not showing make payment option.where i can pay the amount .please suggest me.

Dear bro if Cin not appeared on your challan it means payment were not deducted from your bank a/c. It is advisable to Crete new challan your old challan would be automatically expired after 15days

Sir, I got the problem resolved.

Step1: Check with bank if the transaction is successful from bank's end

Step2: Send a mail with "merchant transaction id" to payment gateway (service @ paynimo.com) and get a confirmation mail from them about successful transaction from their end.

Step3: Forward the mail received from paynimo to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in and ask them to update electronic cash ledger.

Will take 2 days to get things resolved. But it works.

Is service @ paynimo.com , common for all banks? I made the payment through SBI. Amount not credited even after 2 days.

Received message from gst portal regarding receipt of payment.

please make payment two or three days before last date as it takes time to show it on the portal

Same here...deposited on 19-08-17 but not credited in electronic cash ledger. In challan history remarks coming as "awaiting Banks Confirmation". Bank has already debited. What to do ??
