Sir, I got the problem resolved.
Step1: Check with bank if the transaction is successful from bank's end
Step2: Send a mail with "merchant transaction id" to payment gateway (service @ paynimo.com) and get a confirmation mail from them about successful transaction from their end.
Step3: Forward the mail received from paynimo to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in and ask them to update electronic cash ledger.
Will take 2 days to get things resolved. But it works.
