What is the percentage of GST to be deducted from civil contract bills in Local Administrative Bodies?

name of the service or name of goods u r supply depend on that 

if service normally 12% depend nature of service and goods 

go through rate avaible in HSN code  list

Normally civil contractor charges 12% gst in the bill if it is for end use of the customer (no further sale of building/factory) . There is no deduction in the bill of gst
