Gst debit note

1. Is it possible to  issue debit note for GST amount only without any basic amount, how it should be reported in GSTR-1

2.Can we issue debit notes related to FY 2017-18 post Sep 2018 if some invoices were  lssued without tax erroneously.

Please help with above points.

1.Yes
Show it like any other debit note. The note value should be equal to the tax amount

2. yes you can but the credit will not available to Recepient
