The reason for confusion is
Sinch motor vehicle does not qualify for ICT on Capital goods and related services Like Repair, Insurance etc also do not qualify for Input Supply.
and parking charges are primarily for motor vehicles.

No u cant. Anything u use in course of furtherance of ur business u can take itc. But not for anything u use for ur convenience.
