Our customer have deducted L.D. with GST and released the dues payment .
Can we take credit of GST ?

Yes U can Take ITC on LD.You have to collect GST invoice from your customer for LD mentioning your and Customer GST No.
Credit against liquidity damages ,
L. D means Liquidated Damages.
