itc allowed or not if purchased for bussiness I.e wholesale bussiness man required ac to be used in office.

Yes you can avail. There is no any restriction to avail Input Credit.

Yes ITC can be taken.

Input tax credit can be availed in the following cases:
1. registered taxable person.
2. valid tax invoice
3. ac used for business purposes.
