We CAN ADJUST IGST CREDIT IN EQUAL PART CGST AND SGST

You can Adjust electronic cash ledger itc from igst to cgst, sgst or vice versa by filing form pmt 09 under services-electronic cash ledger-form pmt 09 path. but cannot transfer itc in electronic credit ledger.
