Dear senior's,
We have one client claimed credit on renovation on rented premises, the same credit has been reversed with a view of wrong claim of credit since it's of works contract and made a payment in May2018 liability.
But another auditor suggested since it's a revenue expenditure and p&l item, u can claim credit on renovation works.
My question is since we have already made a payment against wrong claim of credit, can v now further reduce our June 2018liability against on the same expenditure by further reverse??
Kindly suggest.
