we supply materials to interstate like Delhi Haryana can we claim gst for such materials but receiver not registered person they are individual
and we purchase materials within state.
Yes ..I can claim .there is no matter the person who received the goods are registered or not ..
the supplier has obligation to levied GST on such product and avail ITC.
