19 June 2018I have the construction co., ., they are not filing the return from starting date to as on date.
i want to know what r the return going to file, late and penalties fees, ITC eligible., etc.,

Ist- Late fees Upto Sep-17 Waive-off by Govt.
IInd- Late Fees on Nill Return Rs.20 ( 10 CGST + 10 SGST ) and in Normal GSTR-3B Rs. 50
IIIrd - ITC Depend on case to case basis
Iv- Return type- GSTR-3B & GSTR-1
