GST relating to construction companies
1. GST is to be due as per stage completion or advance received whichever is erlier (as per service tax rules) refer abetment available of land, area of flat in sq.ft. etc.
2. Please take registration without waiting to cross turnover above specified limit
3. other activities/ service provided to customers : like registration , Maintainence charges upto 1 year, extra work charge GST @ 18%
4. Don't charge GST on pure agent services
5. Architect certificates are also valid certificates of completion
