Gst_composition turnover 1.5 crore (including gst or excluding ?)

1. GST Composition Turnover 1.5 Crore limit whether it is including GST or exluding GST amount

2. GST Composition GSTR 4 (Jan-Mar2018) wrong Sales amount have been entered whether GSTR4 revised return is possible.
