GST Composition to Regular FY 2020-21

My Client is GST Compostion business from FY 2017-18 to FY 2019-2020.

Now FY 2020-21 he want to opt for Regular.   What is the last date for Opting Regular GST.

Can I opt in between FY 2020-21.
