Can Hotel rooms (only lodging) with turnover below 50 lakhs opt for gst composite scheme for service providers (6%)- CGST notification 2/2019 dated 07-03-2019?????

Yes definitely you can avail the scheme unless you are covered under composition scheme for restaurant service
