but I have a doubt here...
persons who are not eligible for Composition scheme
last point there
CASUAL TAX PAYERS ; Define that sentence sir. wot do u meant by Casual tax payers ???

Tax Payers: Regular and Casual....
Regular dealer also dealing his business (regular) continued. It's means they start and running without stopping immediately....
Casual Dealer : These are Start business and run two are three months and closed (cancelled). It means seasonal business. Ex: deepawali crackers business....
