M/s ABC (proprietor) Firm have registration under GST state Haryana as regular scheme ,nature of Business as Works Contracts .
My Question is:-
Can take another GST No. in Copositiòn Scheme.in same state.

If such new registration is based on the same PAN, then it is a no because composition if opted has to apply in respect of all businesses under the same PAN.
