Need obtain Registration for Proprietorship firm.
File Cancellation of Partnership firm & provide reason for cancellation "Change in Constitution"
Note : If there is any ITC balance lying in Credit ledger of Partnership firm , file ITC 02 for transfer of same to Proprietary firm before furnishing application of cancellation.
