one of  party , regular dealer ,monthly filed return  from april month , upto oct month filled return , last month their  sick so  not unable care of business. some of material  in hand, sales turnover upto oct month Rs.7laks purchase turnover upto Rs.5.5 laks 

now their desire close business   how do closed gst
