Gst clarification

My client is in to car services and has a branch in Bangalore and Hydrabad. He has got the registration in both the states.

He has tie-ups with few service providers in Hydrabad and they do provide the services on his behalf to his Hydrabad clients. He is issuing invoices form Bangalore to the Hydrabad clisents and collecting IGST.

Now the Problem is, as he has the Telengana registration, should and all the adminestration happens there, should he be charging IGST or CGST+SGST

if he has registration of hadrabad then he should raise invoice from haidrabad GSTIN registration no. however he can raise invoice from. banglore office by the GSTIN no. of Banglore by collecting IGST also.

thanks for the help Rahul. My only worry is won't the Telengana state object for this? and ask him to pay SGST again?

suppose are are generating invoice from. banglore to Hyderabad and place of supply is hydrabad. hence it will treated interstate supply and IGST will be charged. If issuing invoice from hydrabad registration no then it will be intrastate supply and hence CGST+ SGST will be charged.
