First find out the purpose of car if it's taken for business purposes or own purpose if it's taken for business purposes then you can

As per Section 17(5)(a) sub clause (ab), Services of General Insurance, Repairs etc to Motor Vehicles is BLOCKED.
The Car is used for what purpose ???
Did you claimed ITC at the time of purchase ???

If you could've claimed ITC on Car, you can claim GST Input on such Repair expenses on it as well.
Question is, is the car used for
1. Transportation of passengers, or
2. Transportation of goods, or
3. Imparting Driving/training schools.
AND
Not for personal purpose.
