if a property sale by builder, but all consideration received after the registeration of building. wether gst is chargable on this sale?
if yes what is rate of gst.
GST is applicable over under construction property at 12% (with land cost)
When a sale agreement is registered or any advance payment received by builder for booking of any property is considered as time of supply...........
So, if the property at the time of supply is under construction...... GST will apply, otherwise not.
