Dealer running PG in Himachal Pradesh and just crossed turnover of 1000000 in November 2018 say rs 1150000 department raid the premises and charging tax on whole turnover ie Rs 1150000 and not allowing any exemption of basic lint of rs 10 lakh is their action justified or not
