gst changeable under rcm
we have received bill for service for payroll processing for rs 14000, however vendor has no gst number and has not charged gst. is gst chargeable under RCM. Kindly clarify

As of now RCM is suspended till 30.06.2018 and the service you mentioned is also not covered under the notified services u/s 9(3) of the CGST act, hence GST need not be paid under RCM.
