Can I pay GST tax liability by cheque ( above Rs 10,000 ) from SBI or any bank & how it take time show in GST portal for GSTR3B plz help

If you  pay online through  net banking  on GSTN  portal by creating Challan   the tax amount  will reflect  immediately . in Electonic  cash ledger .

yes, you may pay through NEFT/RTGS, I take hardly 3 to 4 hours.
