After approval of my new registration,
I login and check the download certificate I cannot find it. When it will be downloadable. In download certificate can see only TDS certificate.

Sometimes it takes a little while to reflect but usually reflects in a few minutes after approval of registration. if not then you need to raise grievance with screen shot. There is grievance portal for the same or you can contact new toll free number of GSTN.
