-Better to contact Your GST officer...
- If Officer accepted Your application then you can pay as following

has to be paid?

-yes definitely...
-Late Fee, Interest and Penalty is payable...
- If have any outstanding liability then it's also payable with interest

You have to file all the pending returns and have to pay the applicable penalty for late filing of return. After that apply for revocation of cancellation. https://tutorial.gst.gov.in visit for step by step procedure.
